Brocken Spectre Gin for Tonic - Hobart, TAS

Gin for Tonic was the brainchild of an avid gin lover, frustrated with the way tonic over powers the delicate flavours of the spirit. The goal was to create a beautiful and elegant gin that stood its ground to become perfectly balanced, with hints of lemon myrtle and strawberry gum.

This is the first Australian saffron gin with 100% Tasmanian grown saffron and any added colouring. The base is a combination of 16 botanical and added to a grape based spirit and left over night. Four Pillars Barrel Aged Gin - Yarra Valley, VIC

This very particular spirit got its name from the practice of dispensing the gin through a pipe disguised in the mouth of an Old Tom cat wooden plaque on the wall. Four Pillars Gin started ageing one of their first batches of Rare Dry Gin in old Chardonnay Barrels in 2013 to make a softer, sweeter gin.

Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin - Yarra Valley, VIC

Made with some of the best Shiraz grapes from the Yarra Valley, this gin is showing dark fruit, red berry and spice. There is also plenty of that classic Yarra Shiraz white pepper and a lovely ginny character carries those grape aromas, making it unmistakably gin. Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin - Yarra Valley, VIC

Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin captures the essence of contemporary Australia’s heritage in Europe and Asia by using whole oranges which is unusual but highly aromatic. The cinnamon and star anise add rich fruitcake tones and Tasmanian pepperberry leaf provides warmth rather than heat. It’s spicy but with great citrus, a truly modern Australian gin.

Gin Mare Mediterranean Gin - Vilanova, Spain

The balance of Gin Mare’s traditional ingredients, together with Arbequina olives, basil, thyme and rosemary, combine to create an aromatic profile which is remarkably unique. The small, black Arbequina olives impart a distinctive savoury element , rounding out its fruity, herbal notes with their fragrant green grassy, tomato-like aroma.

Green Ant Gin - Darwin, NT / Adelaide, SA

Traditionally favoured by Indigenous societies for their medicinal benefits and protein content, Green Ants display vibrant flavours of Lime and Coriander. This unique bush tucker is hand harvested in the Northern Territory (by the Motlop family of the Larrakia people) for then being handcrafted and bottled in The Adelaide Hills.

The colour of Ink Gin is derived from the deep infusion of petals from an exotic blue flower, the Butterfly Pea, and distilled with 13 organic, native & exotic botanicals. This Gin shows a lovely combination of exotic spices dominated by cinnamon and sandalwood and local fresh botanicals as lemon myrtle, grapefruit and orange zest. The classic gin flavours is given by rosemary and juniper and the final twist is given by the rainwater from Gembrook, that with its purity smooths all the botanicals.

47 handpicked ingredients prepared with soft the spring water from the Black Forest, give Monkey 47 its unrivalled complexity and quality and its "secret weapon" is the use of local cranberries, typical to the Black Forest. It is a gin with a distinct and pure scent of juniper, a tangy and crisp citrus note, a sweet, floral aroma and a hint of peppery spices.

Monkey 47 Schwarzwald Sloe Gin - Lossburg, Germany

The fresh sloe berries are harvested from the Black Forest and left to macerate in Monkey 47 Dry Gin (at 47% alcohol, of course). After several good stirs, they are left to rest for four weeks, which lets the sediment settle to the bottom of the tank. Complex spice and fruity on the nose while crisp on the palate.

Never Never Triple Juniper Gin - Location

The juniper berries are treated in three distinct ways: partially steeped, partially in the pot and partially in the vapour. This copious amounts of juniper needs a carefully selected bouquet of botanicals to complementing it. Australian coriander, fresh lemon, liquorice, angelica, orris, native pepperberry and a hint of cinnamon help creating the just right warmth and savoury balanced flavour .

Nosferatu Blood Orange Gin - London, UK

Nosferatu Blood Orange Gin is lovingly distilled, under the cloak of darkness, in 'The Schreck', a coffin-shaped pot still (believe that if you will) in a dusty old South Melbourne cellar. With its distinctive red hue, Nosferatu Blood Orange Gin is delicate, yet packs a punch with botanicals such as Albanian juniper berries, blood orange peel, fresh navel oranges and dried orange peel.

The six natural Japanese botanicals are embossed on the hexagonal bottle that symbolises ROKU (which means 'six' in Japanese).
