Bellini Canella Prosecco

The Bellini cocktail is composed of two parts sparkling wine, one part white peach juice & pulp and a few drops of wild raspberry. Its natural ingredients are grown in the Venetian countryside. A classic aperitif, its inebriating peach fragrance is best enjoyed quite cool, even slightly chilled.

Dom Perignon Champagne

Notes of guava and spicy green grapefruit zest combine with stone fruit: white peach and nectarine. The wine opens up, complemented by woody vanilla and warm, lightly toasted brioche. The fruit is majestic: ripe, fleshy and profound. The wine’s power is remarkably restrained. The various sensations – silky, salty, sappy, bitter and briny – converge and persist.

Lini 910 Labrusca Lambrusco

The “lambrusco” is one of the most typical Italian sparkling red from the region Emilia-Romagna and Lini has been pronounced as the “best Lambrusco in the world” by the Italian magazine “Gambero Rosso”. The Labrusca is a dry and refreshing sparkling red with a pleasantly brisk bubbles and a fresh, ripe berry flavor.

Louis Roederer Champagne Cristal Vintage

Cristal is a remarkably balanced and refined champagne whose length is inimitable. It has a silky texture and fruity aromas, complemented by a powerful mineral quality with white fruit and citrus notes. Cristal is a wine that keeps well: it can be conserved for over twenty years without losing its freshness and character.

Louis Roederer Champagne Vintage Rosé

The wine has fruity aromas of wild red berries, followed by floral notes, and the sugary and spicy fragrance of zest; and the aromas of dried fruit and cocoa result from the wine’s vinifying in oak tuns. Rich and full-bodied, the Rosé Vintage exalts the maturity of the fruit. A sparkling wine with an initial impression of freshness, it opens smoothly with almost exotic notes, combined with the pure minerality of the Chardonnay grapes.

Mascareri Prosecco Doc

Those who made the Venetian masks at the age of the Serenissima were the "Mascareri", associated in the Arte dei Maschereri since 1436. This Prosecco has a bright pale yellow colour with fine and persistent bubbles. Fresh and inviting with delicate hints of acacia flowers. Beautifully pure stone fruit and baked apple flavours, again very fresh, against a soft and smooth background with nicely balanced natural fruit sweetness.

The Harvest Blanc De Blanc

Grown at the most exposed and elevated position in Birdwood, Northern Adelaide Hills - this fruit reaches a ripeness with a spritely acidity that lends itself incredibly well to a Sparkling style of wine - this 100% Chardonnay Blanc de Blancs is a refreshingly dry style of sparkling wine that shows all the generosity and elegance that Chardonnay is known for, whilst giving you a clean and cut finish, driving shear drinkability.

Chapel Hill McLaren Vale Cabernet Sauvignon

This wine exudes an evocative array of flavours. Brooding mulberry, aniseed and beetroot flavours all mingle harmoniously in the wine. The layered flavour profile is underpinned by the poised and seamless integration with the trademark Cabernet Sauvignon “dusty” fine grained tannin structure.

Elephant in the Room ‘Stupendous’ Shiraz

Dark purple colour with lifted notes of red berry and blackcurrants framed by violet overtones and subtle cedarwood spice. The palate is dense and plush with flavours of blood plum, blueberry and spice with a supple, slippery mouthfeel framed by subtle oak toast and fine tannins.

First Drop ‘Minchia’ Montepulciano

A sensual, yet exurberant wine. This Montepulciano, an Australian expression of this southern Italian variety, is teasingly textured, whilst bursting with ‘Shirazamatazz’ flavour. A dark ruby red wine with notes of lifted raspberry and dark cherry aromas on the nose and a taste of vibrant kirsch, with zesty minerality and a spicy, lingering finish.

Grant Burge Meshach Shiraz

The 2012 Meshach is a very complex wine, with red colour and purple hints. The aromas are a combination of plum, mulberries, dark chocolate, accompanied by cocoa powder and cinnamon cake. The palate is textural and richly flavoured, where dark chocolate, riper red berries are complemented by spices and earthly characters. The supple tannins create a foundation to give the wine exceptional structure.

Poggio Anima Asmodeus Nero D’avola

Of all of the varietals of Italy, Nero d’Avola is as lustful and pleasurable as it gets. Rich, peppery and opulent. It has many of the same characteristics of Syrah and is the most important grape of Sicily. Dark garnet. Notes of ripe plums, leather, garrigue and pepper on the nose, with ripe black cherry and a touch of candied berry on the palate. Finishes with fruit sweetness and a licorice note with soft gripping tannins to hold it all together.

Podere 414 Flower Power Rose

The Flower Power Rosato finds its natural position as "pool side wine" or at a bbq with friends. From the classic pale pink colour, on the nose it has notes of all the fruits with white pulp followed by floral tones. on the palate it shows ease of drinking and pleasantness. It comes from 100% organic Sangiovese grapes.

Lenton Brae Pinot Blanc

Genetically similar to Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc is popular in Alsace and in pockets of northern Italy and Germany producing confident medium bodied whites. Wild fermentation in older, large format French oak and bottling without filtration are some of the techniques employed. Aromatics of citrus blossom, green apple with a hint of spice lead to a mouth filling palate of depth and persistence.

Shaw + Smith Sauvignon Blanc

The vineyards are planted to varieties that perform particularly well in the region of Adelaide Hills. This Sauvignon Blanc is aromatic, fresh and lively. A very delicate and crisp wine with a refreshing finish of tropical and citrus notes.

Villa Matilde Falanghina Roccamonfina

It appears a pale straw yellow. The bouquet exhibits fragrant fruit and flowers, including pineapple, banana, and yellow peach beautifully melding with broom, rose, and sage, continued by delicate notes of almond on the palate, which is pleasurable and well balanced
